David Took Sean to DisneyWorld, Florida: He is Trying to Make Up For Lost Time in Brazil; Silvana Bianchi Is Mad at Brazilian Court

What is a father to do? After all, he has not seen his son for so many years. He has so many things to teach him and show him. So many trips to go on. So much catch up.

Let us give them their privacy as they are about to embark on a relearning experience.

Starting Tomorrow morning, David and Sean will be featured on NBC shows such as Today and potentially Dateline during the week.

The networks are trying to get whatever NBC leaks out. CBS took another angle. They have been interviewing Sean's grandparents.

So far, Silvana Bianchi is not too happy with the Brazilian court. She wants to keep fighting.

"Silvana Bianchi, the grandmother of Sean Goldman, the 9-year-old American boy who was taken to Brazil by his mother when he was 4 and who was returned to the United States, this Christmas Eve, met the press in Rio, on Christmas day, to talk about the departure of her grandson.

Bianchi, who had sent an open letter to Brazilian president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva asking that Sean be heard by the courts so that he could tell the judge if he wished to stay in Brazil or live with his father in the US, once again criticized the decision of the Supreme Court that ordered the immediate handover of the boy to his American father. ..."

Sean's Mother: Born Bruna Bianchi, Became Bruna Bianchi Goldman Through 1st Marrirage and Died Bruna Bianchi Goldman Silva

Bruna Bianchi Goldman with friend in Picture!

Bruna Bianchi (Goldman) reportedly died in childbirth on August 22, 2008, four years after taking her then 4-year old son Sean from the U.S. to her home in Brazil. A major custody battle has been going on ever since she left on "vacation", only to call her then-husband David Goldman and state she and their son Sean were not coming back. Bruna received a divorce in Brazil without David's consent, then remarried.

New Front of Sean Goldman's Custody Battle: Grandparents Bring it to U.S. Soil: Who is Lins e Silva?

Many people who know the tenacity of the Bianchis are saying that we have not seen the end of the battle for Sean's custody. The grandparents' new weapon is the little sister of Sean. She is the daughter of Lins e Silva. Bruna Bianchi died while giving birth to her.

Now let us take a look at Lins e Silva.

Lins is a prominent divorce attorney in his father's family law firm. He is the one who was behind all the appeals that kept Sean in Brazil with him and his grandparents. His father's law firm could be the one that finalized Bruna's divorce from her husband, David Goldman. How convenient it was for them? Bruna divorced her husband in a country where the couple's primary residence was not.

Without him being knowledgeable about the intricacies of Brazilian law, David could have been granted the custody of his son much earlier.

There are many issues that will need to be solved as far as Sean's sister is concerned. Will Lins e Silva and the grandparents find sympathetic ears in a U.S. court or a judge?

Watch on.

How Did David Golman Win His Son's Custody Back? A Single Father's Custody Strategy

The way David framed his fight for the return of his son was very important in getting him back.

Here is a memorable passage from all his interviews, texts and communications:

".....Sean is my family, Sean is my son. I tis our right to be together, not just a rule of law, not just a treaty, not he's Brazilian, not he's American, not he's from anywhere. He's my son and I should be able to raise my son and he should know his dad..."

Sean is back on American soil. His father will hopefully share him with his grandparents who can travel to the US to see him.

"A father and his 9-year-old son at the center of a five-year custody battle on two continents arrived in Florida from Brazil Thursday.

Sean Goldman and his dad, David Goldman of Tinton Falls, N.J., landed in Orlando on a private jet chartered by NBC. They reunited earlier in Rio de Janeiro, ending an epic battle that pitted Sean's father against the boy's Brazilian stepfather, who had cared for Sean since his mother died last year."

Who is Sean Goldman's Brazilian Family Side? The Bianchis Are Rich and Powerful and Always Get What They Want

It was like David vs. Goliath in the epic biblical story. David Goldman, a single father from Tinton Falls, N.J. decided to take on an entranched, powerful and rich Brazilian family. Thanks to God and the Brazilian Supreme court and countless efforts from the citizens of both countries, David ended up triumphing over Goliath. Is it the end of the battle as the grandparents are getting ready to battle in U.S. courts? It seems that money is not a problem for them. They must rich landowners and business people in Brazil. They are saying that Sean has a sister in Brazil. They are close. He does not want to be away from his sister. It looks like the grandparents have a better shot at getting their grandson reunited with their grandaughter in a U.S. court. Lins e Silva is ready to help with legal briefs too. Can he practice in the U.S.?

Here is how Dateline NBC describes the court battle between David Goldman and the entranched, powerful and rich Brazilian families, the Ribeiros and Lins e Silvas.

"David is fighting the battle of his life and has run up against two very powerful and influential families, the Ribeiro's and Lins e Silva's, that have done all they can to prevent him from being reunited with Sean. He has exhausted virtually every legal option available to him in both the US and Brazil at great cost emotionally and financially. After Bruna's sudden and tragic passing on August 22nd 2008, we all assumed David would finally be able to see Sean and bring him home. Unfortunately, he is now in the midst of another custody battle, this time with Bruna's new husband, João Paulo Lins e Silva...."

How did this five-year battle to regain custody get started? While you may be interested in its conclusion, it is worth taking a look at how it started.

According to Bruna's mother, the marriage was not going anywhere. Tired of working too much and feeling lonely, the beautiful Bruna decided to move back to Brazil, but she failed to tell her husband, David, the whole story. She decided to take her son with her with plans of not coming back. While being in Brazil, she decided to divorce David and married into a powerful Brazilian family. Her new husband comes from a powerful group of family lawyers in Brazil. He is the one who is going to exhaust all appeals for the purpose of keeping young Sean in Brazil. Andy way, while giving birth to Lins e Silva's daughter, the mother mother died.

That is how the drama got started. Goldman's fight against a powerful fmaily of Rio de Janeiro lawyers was truly seen as a rematch of biblical proportion. The Brazilian family of Sean will soon realize that money and power do not always get you everything.

David Goldman persisted. He never gave up despite all the odds. He took on the radio and talk shows. People from both countries started seeing the truth. A dad wants to be reunited with his son. More and more sympathizers started joining David's camp. So on 12-24-09, Goldman was granted the custody of his son. This time, he had him and they were flying back to America.

Both father and son are now back in New Jersey! This may be the only victory for a single dad.
